Vocational Evaluation

vocational evaluationWSC provides professional vocational evaluation services for people with disabilities. Our staff administers career interest inventories and academic testing, as well as use work samples to measure a person’s aptitude in dexterity, coordination, clerical, numerical, and attention skills.

Vocational evaluation is usually the first step in the process of assisting people with disabilities. This critical step increases successful job placement by making sure an individual is both capable and has interest for a specific job.

The best way to be accepted into our vocational evaluation program is through a referral from the Texas Workforce Solutions – Vocational Rehabilitation Services.

Individuals with disabilities may contact our Human Services department, which can assist in scheduling services on an as-available basis or answer any further questions.
